Spend the summer working in one of our paid summer internships for high school and college students. We have internship opportunities with our clinical, research/laboratory, operational, business and administrative teams.

Employment Opportunities While in School

Experience healthcare up-close while working part-time at D-H as you complete high school.There are jobs available in Environment Services and Food & Nutrition Services. Get paid, get experience, make connections and be inspired!

For students 16 and over:
Part or full-time work opportunities

  • Can be flexible for students around academic and extra-curricular activity schedules
  • Have full-time, part-time, or Per Diem shifts available for days or evenings (and nights if you are 18+)

Opportunities After Graduation

The D-H Workforce Readiness Institute (WRI) offers training programs that can lead to full-time employment while giving you the opportunity to earn while you learn! Many programs offer training wages, employee benefits and college credit. Training programs are available for:
