What Are We Looking For?

Individuals who demonstrate work ethic, commitment, and self-motivation. In other words, you:

  • Have a positive attitude

  • Listen to instructions/information and take appropriate action
  • Show up on time, prepared

  • Are curious, have a desire to learn and participate

  • Ask for help when needed – show good judgement

  • Have the ability to develop, willing to listen to and grow from feedback

Special Note: In accordance with D-H policy, individuals under the age of 18 must be registered participants in a D-H sponsored youth program. At this time we are unable coordinate individual observation experiences.
